Students in our Power Z Fit classes learn how to use lightweight, 2 and 3 pound dumbells to increase resistance and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs.

Our Zumba Houston class has been structured following the principals of interval training which training consists of repeating sessions of relatively high intensity exercise mixed with periods of lower intensity and some toning.

Our Zumba Houston members enjoy learning the stress relieving routines featured in our women only kickboxing classes.

When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick) because it combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high energy cardio work with Latin infused Zumba moves to create a calorie torching strength training dance fitness party.

The Zumba Houston routines are choreographed to include differnt ranges ranges of skill level and intensity to insure that there is something for EVERYONE in our class.
