People are encouraged to bring a towel & a drink with them since you will become extremely hot! There is a rest in between each dance allowing every body to take a little drink of water before the party continues.

With Zumba studios showing up everywhere,communities are slowly starting to rattle as if hit by an earth quake, as performers shimmy, shake & spin to the fantastic Latin songs that is Zumba Fitness.

Zumba is catching with alot of people having to go to 4 or 5 lessons per week because they like the program SO much.

In an average hour long class, you will work off close to five hundred – six hundred calories but can reach up to eight-hundred when you pull all of the stops out.
