The class has been structured following the principals of interval training. Interval training consists of repeating sessions of relatively high intensity exercise mixed with periods of lower intensity and some toning. It’s GREAT for the beginner or for the advanced exerciser.

My ZUMBA class consists of Latin, hip-hop, pop, 80s jams, country, belly-dancing, West African, broadway — well just about any kind of dance. I choreograph the majority of the routines to include ranges of skill level and intensity. There is something for EVERYONE in my class.

Zumba Fitness-Party is known for: the zesty Latin music, like salsa, merengue, cumbia and reggaeton; the exhilarating, easy-to-follow moves; and the invigorating, party-like atmosphere.
