Please wear comfortable active clothing that is not restrictive and allows appropriate cooling for thermoregulation of the body.

Also, wear comfortable shoes, with plenty of cushion and lateral support. Typically, an aerobics shoe or cross-trainer is appropriate.

The class has been structured following the principals of interval training. Interval training consists of repeating sessions of relatively high intensity exercise mixed with periods of lower intensity and some toning. It’s GREAT for the beginner or for the advanced exerciser.

WATER!!! We’ll be taking 30 second water breaks after every 2-3 songs. Trust me, you’ll need the water. Staying hydrated during class is very helpful.
